	The Australian Culinary Challenge Victoria The Australian Culinary Challenge Victoria is proud to have Fonterra Foodservices as their naming sponsor this year. The challenge will see the best chefs in Australia compete against each other in a huge competition. There will be three live restaurants on the show floor competing in the Fonterra Foodservices Culinary Challenge as well as other live events, food displays and a demonstration stage. Visitors can watch the action and even book a seat in the competition restaurant. This event is hosted by the Australian Culinary Federation in partnership with Fonterra Foodservices.
